ВОПРОСЫ КЛАССИФИКАЦИИ СУЩЕСТВЕННЫХ ДЕТЕРМИНАНТ ОЦЕНКИ ИНВЕСТИЦИОННЫХ РЕШЕНИЙ В СТРОИТЕЛЬНОЙ СФЕРЕ

Abstract:
Investment projects in the construction sector are the basis for the functioning of companies due to the essential design specifics of the industry as a whole. Unlike many other industries, where the basis of the activities of business entities are well-established operational processes that do not require the constant implementation of new project initiatives, construction companies are forced to regularly induce construction projects, each of which has its own unique specifics. At the same time, the issues of classifying such factors at the junction of economic and managerial scientific knowledge in order to strengthen methodological and practice-oriented tools for managing and evaluating investment projects in the construction sector have not been fully studied. This article implements an initiative to identify and classify such factors to form the basis for the development of investment decision-making methods in the construction industry. The scientific result is the proposed classification of the essential determinants of evaluating investment decisions of a construction company, clarifying this process by forming an evaluation coordinate system in order to increase the effectiveness of decisions made by a construction company in the field of project investment management. The advantage of the author’s classification is the formation of a system of factors on the basis of which a construction company can create an internal management system for evaluating and making investment decisions. The scientific article is part of the dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences, devoted to the development of the investment decision-making mechanism of a construction company in the context of macroeconomic turbulence.
