Целью статьи является рассмотрение практических аспектов оценки затрат на сопровождение цифровых сервисов в транспорте. Научная новизна заключается в необходимости разработки метода оценки затрат на сопровождение и эксплуатацию цифровых сервисов, способствующей формированию подходов к экономическому обоснованию затрат на сотрудников участвующих в процессе сопровождения цифрового сервиса и затрат на компоненты и вычислительные мощности обеспечивающих работу цифрового сервиса в облачной среде, а также развитию прикладных навыков для формирования культуры и процессов к экономической оценке изменений у сотрудников транспортных компаний. Методами исследования являются анализ статистических данных применения облачных технологий в транспорте на основе данных Росстат и количественного анализа для расчёта экономических эффектов. В ходе работы автором предлагается методика для оценки затрат на сопровождение цифрового сервиса. Теоретической основой исследования является обзор существующих исследований применения облачных технологий в транспортной отрасли. Также в статье рассматриваются определения термина облачные технологии и жизненного цикла сервиса. Анализируется использование облачных технологий в транспортной сфере. Практическая значимость работы обеспечивается примером расчёта стоимости сопровождения цифрового сервиса для технологического интегратора транспортной компании. Результаты исследования в дальнейшем будут использованы для формирования методики экономического обоснования затрат, как прикладного результата теории, на цифровые транспортные сервисы.

Abstract:
This article aims to examine the practical aspects of assessing the costs of supporting digital services in transport. The novelty lies in the need to develop a method for assessing the costs of supporting and operating digital services. This method facilitates the development of approaches to economically justifying the costs of employees involved in digital service support, as well as the costs of components and computing power supporting the operation of the digital service in a cloud environment. This approach also helps develop applied skills to foster a culture and processes for economically assessing changes among transport company employees. The research methods include an analysis of statistical data on the use of cloud technologies in transport based on Rosstat data and a quantitative analysis to calculate economic effects. In this paper, the author proposes a methodology for assessing the costs of supporting digital services. The theoretical basis for the study is a review of existing studies on the use of cloud technologies in the transport industry. The article also discusses the definitions of cloud technologies and the service lifecycle. The use of cloud technologies in transport is analyzed. The practical significance of the work is provided by an example of calculating the cost of supporting a digital service for a technology integrator of a transport company. The results of the study will be further used to develop a methodology for economic justification of costs, as an applied result of the theory, for digital transport services.
