КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНАЯ МОДЕЛЬ ВЛИЯНИЯ МЕТОДОВ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ПРОЕКТАМИ НА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ПРОЕКТОВ НАУКОЁМКИХ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to develop a conceptual model reflecting the directions and mechanisms of the influence of project management methods on the final effectiveness of projects in high-tech enterprises. The methodological basis of the research consists of systematic and situational approaches, content analysis of scientific publications, comparative analysis of project management methodologies and conceptual modeling. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the development of a conceptual approach that reveals the causal mechanisms of the influence of project management methods on the final effectiveness of high-tech projects. The result of the research is a conceptual model reflecting the alleged causal mechanisms between management methods and the ultimate effectiveness of knowledge-intensive enterprises’ projects. The model proposed by the author includes four levels: the specifics of the enterprise, the characteristics of the management method, the mechanisms of influence and the indicators of final efficiency. The study also identified five key mechanisms through which the management method affects the outcome: uncertainty and risk management, knowledge and intellectual property management, stakeholder coordination, decision-making discipline, motivation and team development. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of applying the developed conceptual model for the informed selection and configuration of project management methods in high-tech enterprises.
