КОЛИЧЕСТВЕННАЯ ОЦЕНКА ВЛИЯНИЯ ПАРАМЕТРОВ ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННО-ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ НАДЕЖНОСТИ НА ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ СТРОИТЕЛЬНОГО ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ

Abstract:
The article aims to establish the impact of the parameters of the organizational and technological reliability of construction production on the economic indicators of a construction enterprise and, on this basis, to develop recommendations for taking into account organizational and technological reliability in design and construction management. In works devoted to the issue of accounting for organizational and technological reliability in the design and management of construction production, recommendations and proposals, including those concerning the optimal level of organizational and technological reliability for the decisions being made, are given without linking them to economic consequences, which reduces their validity and justification. The relevance of the issue is due to the fact that, as we previously established, the impact of organizational and technological reliability on the economic indicators of a construction enterprise is multidirectional. For example, on the one hand, the pursuit of higher reliability indicators may lead to excessive resource consumption to ensure it, a decrease in competitiveness due to exceeding the time reserve for ensuring reliability; on the other hand, a low level of reliability may be associated with reputational losses in the event of failure to meet the contractual terms of construction. There are also deeper mechanisms of the mutual influence between the organizational and technological reliability and the economic indicators of a construction enterprise of a dualistic nature, which ambiguously characterize certain decisions aimed at increasing the organizational and technological reliability of construction production. The study, the results of which are presented in this article, is intended to provide a more substantiated approach to formulating recommendations for taking into account the reliability factors of organizational and technological decisions in the design and management of construction production, based on establishing the quantitative impact of the parameters of organizational and technological reliability on the economic indicators of a construction enterprise.
