В статье обоснована целесообразность применения финансово-логистического подхода к исследованию наличного денежного оборота. Цель статьи состоит в развитии теоретических оснований финансовой логистики наличного денежного оборота и определении перспективных направлений ее применения. Раскрыта двойственная природа наличных денег, одновременно выступающих финансовым ресурсом и материальным объектом перемещения, хранения и технологической обработки. Наличный денежный оборот представлен как многоуровневая потоковая система, объединяющая участников, операции и сопутствующие информационные, материально-технические, трудовые и сервисные потоки. Предложено авторское определение финансовой логистики наличного денежного оборота как управления движением и запасами наличности во взаимосвязи с обеспечивающими их потоками и затратами. Показано, что результативность системы должна оцениваться по параметрам полного логистического цикла, а не отдельных операций. Определены направления развития, связанные с цифровизацией, прогнозной аналитикой, оптимизацией инфраструктуры, управлением качеством и рисками. Полученные результаты могут использоваться при обосновании решений о размещении кассовых узлов, управлении запасами наличности и организации взаимодействия участников НДО.

Abstract:
The article substantiates the expediency of applying a financial and logistical approach to the study of cash turnover. The purpose of the article is to develop the theoretical foundations of financial logistics of cash turnover and identify promising areas of its application. The dual nature of cash, which simultaneously acts as a financial resource and a material object of movement, storage and technological processing, is revealed. Cash flow is presented as a multi-level flow system that unites participants, operations, and related information, logistical, labor, and service flows. The author’s definition of the financial logistics of cash turnover is proposed as the management of cash flow and reserves in relation to the flows and costs that provide them. It is shown that the effectiveness of the system should be evaluated according to the parameters of the full logistics cycle, rather than individual operations. The development directions related to digitalization, predictive analytics, infrastructure optimization, quality and risk management have been identified. The results obtained can be used to justify decisions on the location of cash registers, cash inventory management and the organization of interaction between NDO participants.
