КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНЫЙ МЕХАНИЗМ ОЦЕНКИ И ПРИНЯТИЯ ИНВЕСТИЦИОННЫХ РЕШЕНИЙ В СТРОИТЕЛЬНОЙ СФЕРЕ

Abstract:
The effectiveness of the construction companies is subordinated to the corresponding effectiveness of the implementation of its construction projects. From this point of view, a highly effective integrated system for evaluating investment decisions related to the development, implementation, acceptance or rejection of a specific construction and investment project is of critical importance for a construction company. The complexity of construction projects, expressed in the breadth of factors affecting their effectiveness, increased sensitivity to exogenous determinants and industry market conditions, as well as the factors of geopolitical and macroeconomic instability that have emerged in recent years in Russia, necessitate the design, implementation and practical application of assessment systems and investment decision-making for construction companies that take into account the full range of assessment factors and the characteristics of such projects. In this article, a conceptual architecture of such a system is proposed, which forms the theoretical basis for practical design at the level of a specific construction company. The result of the research is a formalized conceptual architecture of the mechanism for evaluating investment decisions in the construction sector. The article is part of a dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences, devoted to the development of the investment decision-making mechanism of a construction company in the context of macroeconomic turbulence.
