ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННО-ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ НАДЕЖНОСТЬ КАК ФАКТОР КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТИ СТРОИТЕЛЬНОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to substantiate the organizational and technological reliability of construction production as a factor of competitiveness of a contractor construction organization and to determine the nature of their relationship. The methodological basis of the study was a probabilistic and statistical approach, which makes it possible to assess the reliability of the construction process based on the probability of its completion on schedule. It is established that the influence of organizational and technological reliability on the competitiveness of organizational and technological solutions is nonlinear. With a reliability level below 0.7, the risk of violating contractual deadlines increases, while exceeding 0.8 is associated with the formation of excessive time reserves and an increase in the duration of work compared to competitive offers. As a scientific result, the range of organizational and technological reliability from 0.7 to 0.8 has been determined, which ensures a rational ratio between the probability of completing the construction process on time and the competitiveness of the decision. The results obtained make it possible to take into account the level of organizational and technological reliability when choosing and comparing solutions for organizing simple construction processes.
