ОСНОВНЫЕ ИНИЦИАТИВЫ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ СТРАХОВОГО РЫНКА КРАСНОДАРСКОГО КРАЯ НА МАТЕРИАЛАХ ЦБ РФ

Abstract:
The aim of the study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of digital transformation processes within the insurance market (using the Southern Federal District and Krasnodar Krai as case studies). By comparing macroeconomic statistics with the results of an original sociological survey, the study identifies key barriers, advantages, and consumer preferences regarding the use of electronic insurance services, ultimately offering recommendations to enhance their effectiveness. The article examines the systemic digitalization and technological transformation of the regional insurance market, focusing on the Southern Federal District and Krasnodar Krai. The author analyzes the regulatory framework governing the implementation of digital initiatives in the insurance sector and highlights key indicators of the industry’s transformation. Based on statistical data from the Bank of Russia and professional insurance associations for the period 2022–2025, a comparative assessment is conducted regarding contract issuance trends and the market penetration of electronic sales (specifically e-OSAGO). A significant portion of the study is dedicated to an empirical analysis of consumer behavior, based on an original survey of the population in Krasnodar Krai. The research defines digital insurance and examines the structure of sales channels and priority areas for the development of digital services. The study underscores the role of regions as drivers of insurance service digitalization in the Russian Federation. Additionally, practical recommendations are proposed for insurance companies to develop hybrid interaction channels and increase the transparency of policy terms.
