В современных реалиях транспортная и логистическая сфера переживает этап весьма сложной технологической перестройки. Между тем, актуальность настоящей работы продиктована ярко выраженным диссонансом между декларируемыми стратегиями внедрения IT-инноваций и фактическим сохранением достаточно архаичных методов организации перевозок. Цель в данном исследовании заключается в анализе структурных барьеров, которые создают помехи в формировании интегрированных сетей, а также в поиске инструментария по их преодолению. По сути, на рынке сложилось фундаментальное противоречие. Так, хозяйствующие субъекты активно стремятся использовать искусственный интеллект и сложную аналитику. Однако базовые операции по-прежнему жестко фрагментированы, а реальная сквозная автоматизация комплекса едва превышает нескольких процентов. В отличие от предыдущих подходов, в рамках которых модернизация рассматривалась, главным образом, через призму точечной закупки софта, авторский вклад состоит в обосновании абсолютной первичности системной работы с мастер-данными (MDM). Главная проблема заключается в архитектурной несовместимости платформ различных стейкхолдеров. Итоговый вывод сводится к необходимости онтологической гармонизации информационных потоков. Как представляется, без создания надежного «фундамента» из стандартизированных digital-справочников любые виртуальные надстройки быстро утрачивают практический смысл. Изложенные материалы практически значимы для руководителей экспедиторских предприятий, системных аналитиков, профильных государственных регуляторов, независимых исследователей, которые сфокусированы в своей работе на проектировании бесшовных отраслевых экосистем.

PROBLEMS OF LOGISTICS DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION OF TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE

Abstract:
In modern realities, the transport and logistics sector is going through a stage of very complex technological restructuring. Meanwhile, the relevance of this work is dictated by a pronounced dissonance between the declared strategies for implementing IT innovations and the actual preservation of rather archaic methods of transportation organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural barriers that interfere with the formation of integrated networks, as well as to find tools to overcome them. In fact, there is a fundamental contradiction in the market. Thus, business entities actively seek to use artificial intelligence and complex analytics. However, the basic operations are still tightly fragmented, and the real end-to-end automation of the complex barely exceeds a few percent. Unlike previous approaches, in which modernization was considered mainly through the prism of point-to-point purchase of software, the author’s contribution consists in substantiating the absolute primacy of system work with master data (MDM). The main problem lies in the architectural incompatibility of the platforms of various stakeholders. The final conclusion boils down to the need for ontological harmonization of information flows. It seems that without creating a reliable «foundation» from standardized digital reference books, any virtual add-ons quickly lose their practical meaning. These materials are practically significant for the heads of forwarding companies, system analysts, relevant government regulators, and independent researchers who focus their work on designing seamless industry ecosystems.
