РОЛЬ МЕЖДИСЦИПЛИНАРНЫХ СОРЕВНОВАНИЙ В ФОРМИРОВАНИИ УНИВЕРСАЛЬНЫХ НАВЫКОВ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ БОЙЦОВ СМЕШАННЫХ СТИЛЕЙ

Abstract:
The article analyzes the role of hybrid competition formats in the transformation of the system of technical and tactical training and the formation of universal competencies among athletes in mixed martial arts (MMA) and grappling. The study reveals the current profile of physiological requirements for a fighter competing in a hybrid format, analyzes the mechanisms of skill transfer between different competitive contexts, and examines management strategies that determine the architecture of the league. A special place is given to the analysis of the case of the Barsbek Absolute Challenge league, which implements an original interdisciplinary regulation that combines elements of several martial arts areas. The purpose of the research is to provide theoretical and practical substantiation of the role of interdisciplinary competitions as a factor in the formation of universal competencies among fighters, as well as to develop a scalable league model focused on sustainable growth. The scientific novelty boils down to the fact that for the first time the rules of the sports league are interpreted in a dual logic: as a pedagogical tool within the framework of a constraint-based approach that sets the structure of skill acquisition, and at the same time as a replicated product for franchising in the digital economy of the global market. To achieve this goal, methods of theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, as well as empirical analysis of a specific organizational and pedagogical author’s case are used. The scientific novelty boils down to the fact that, for the first time, the rules of the sports league are interpreted in a dual logic: as a pedagogical tool within the framework of a constraint-based approach that sets the structure of skill acquisition, and at the same time as a replicated product for franchising in a digital economy on a global market scale. The paper examines sources demonstrating the effectiveness of approaches to nonlinear pedagogy and franchise models in sports. In the final part, a conceptual model is proposed, according to which the hybrid league acts as a systemic driver of athletes’ evolution, setting new standards for their multilateral training. The material is addressed to practicing coaches, sports managers and methodologists who develop regulations and training programs in martial arts.
