ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ СИСТЕМНОГО АНАЛИЗА ПРИ ПЛАНИРОВАНИИ ИТ-АРХИТЕКТУРЫ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ ПЕРЕРАБАТЫВАЮЩЕЙ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОСТИ АПК (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЕЙ БАД)

Abstract:
The aim of this article is to substantiate the application of system analysis to the planning of the IT architecture of enterprises in the processing industry of the agro‑industrial complex and, based on it, to develop an approach to forming the target IT architecture of an enterprise producing dietary supplements (DS). The study identifies key problems in the IT architecture of a DS production enterprise related to the fragmentation of systems and insufficient integration of production, laboratory, and accounting processes. A phased approach to planning IT architecture based on system analysis has been proposed, which includes decomposing the enterprise into levels of business processes, functions, and IT components, constructing the current state of the architecture, identifying information and integration gaps, and forming the target state with a description of the required connections between systems. At the next stage of IT architecture planning, alternative architectural solutions are generated, including monolithic, modular, and hybrid options for building the IT landscape, followed by their formalized assessment. To select the target architecture, it is recommended to use T. Saaty’s hierarchy analysis method, which allows taking into account a set of criteria such as total cost of ownership, scalability, integration flexibility, and compliance with industry requirements. The author’s approach ensures alignment of the business processes of a company producing dietary supplements with the application architecture, data, and technological infrastructure, creating the basis for forming a unified information loop with traceability of raw materials and finished products and support for the requirements for their labeling.
