МЕТОДИЧЕСКИЕ ПОДХОДЫ К АНАЛИЗУ ВЛИЯНИЯ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ ИНФРАСТРУКТУРЫ НА СОЦИАЛЬНО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЕ РАЗВИТИЕ РЕГИОНА

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to develop a methodological approach to analyzing the impact of infrastructural indicators on the socio-economic development of the region. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that methodological approaches that allow a comprehensive assessment of the impact of a set of infrastructural indicators on the socio-economic development of the region, taking into account their relationship with economic, social and demographic processes, are insufficiently researched and are not fully represented in the scientific discussion. The scientific result of the research is the development of a methodological approach to analyzing the impact of infrastructure indicators on the socio-economic development of the region, combining a system of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of infrastructure marketing. The approach provides for the consistent implementation of four interrelated stages: collecting and systematizing information, evaluating the achieved values of indicators and determining compliance with the strategic goals of the region’s infrastructure development, evaluating the effectiveness of infrastructure marketing, and interpreting the results. The proposed approach is complemented by a regional infrastructure development management model based on the consistent implementation of diagnostic, interventional, and communication components. The infrastructure development management model links the assessment results with the territory development management process, ensuring the practical applicability of the theoretical results.
