В статье рассматривается проблема ограниченной вовлечённости китайского капитала в российскую экономику на фоне высокого уровня торгово-экономического сотрудничества между странами. Цель исследования заключается в обосновании механизмов, посредством которых участие китайских строительных компаний в реализации проектов на территории Российской Федерации трансформируется в канал привлечения иностранных инвестиций. В работе выдвигается гипотеза о том, что деятельность китайских строительных компаний способна выступать катализатором притока прямых иностранных инвестиций из экономики Китая в экономику России. Научная новизна исследования состоит в обосновании строительного сектора как самостоятельного институционального канала привлечения прямых иностранных инвестиций, а также в систематизации моделей инвестиционного участия китайских компаний (совместные предприятия, проектно-ориентированные структуры, механизмы приобретения долей) применительно к российскому рынку. В результате установлено, что строительные компании Китая, участвуя в реализации инфраструктурных и индустриальных проектов, обеспечивают интеграцию финансовых, технологических и организационных ресурсов, формируя устойчивые инвестиционные потоки. Показано, что, несмотря на относительно невысокую долю строительства в формальной отраслевой структуре инвестиций, его фактическая роль значительно шире за счёт интеграции с другими секторами. Выявлены ключевые факторы эффективности инвестиционного участия, включая институциональную среду, формы партнёрства и пространственную концентрацию проектов. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в возможности использования полученных результатов при разработке механизмов государственной политики по привлечению иностранных инвестиций, а также при формировании стратегий взаимодействия с китайскими компаниями в сфере инфраструктурного и промышленного развития.

DEVELOPMENT OF CHINESE CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES IN RUSSIA AS DIRECT INVESTMENT ENTITIES

Abstract:
The article examines the problem of the limited involvement of Chinese capital in the Russian economy against the background of the high level of trade and economic cooperation between the countries. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the mechanisms by which the participation of Chinese construction companies in the implementation of projects in the Russian Federation is transformed into a channel for attracting foreign investment. The paper hypothesizes that the activities of Chinese construction companies can act as a catalyst for the influx of foreign direct investment from the Chinese economy into the Russian economy. The scientific novelty of the research consists in substantiating the construction sector as an independent institutional channel for attracting foreign direct investment, as well as in systematizing the investment participation models of Chinese companies (joint ventures, project-oriented structures, mechanisms for acquiring shares) in relation to the Russian market. As a result, it was found that Chinese construction companies, participating in the implementation of infrastructure and industrial projects, ensure the integration of financial, technological and organizational resources, forming sustainable investment flows. It is shown that, despite the relatively low share of construction in the formal sectoral structure of investments, its actual role is much broader due to integration with other sectors. The key factors of the effectiveness of investment participation have been identified, including the institutional environment, forms of partnership and spatial concentration of projects. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the results obtained in the development of public policy mechanisms to attract foreign investment, as well as in the formation of strategies for interaction with Chinese companies in the field of infrastructure and industrial development.
