УСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ВЗАИМОСВЯЗЕЙ МЕЖДУ ИНДИКАТОРАМИ ЭКОНОМИКИ ЗАМКНУТОГО ЦИКЛА И ЦЕЛЯМИ УСТОЙЧИВОГО РАЗВИТИЯ

Abstract:
The paper analyzes the indicators of the closed-loop economy (EOC) existing in the world literature and selects for further analysis those that will be able to assess all three components of sustainable development (SD) (economy, ecology, social environment) at the nano and micro levels and link them to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It has been revealed that the indicators of the closed-loop economy are designed to ensure a smooth transition to the concept of sustainable development, but in fact most of them are not directly related to the principles of sustainability. That is why any decision to implement an EEOC strategy should be carefully justified in terms of its potential effectiveness in relation to sustainable development goals. In addition, indicators of the closed-loop economy should make it easier for decision makers in companies to optimize their business projects by selecting various combinations of indicators that are as close as possible to the goals of sustainable development. The paper proposes a three-stage method for analyzing the selected eight indicators of a closed-loop economy that are maximally related to the goals of sustainable development. The results obtained establish a close relationship between: EZZ indicators and strategies; EZZ indicators and principles; EZZ indicators and SDGs; EZZ principles and strategies and SDGs.
