Целью статьи является исследование особенностей управления производственным процессом промышленных предприятий на основе интеграции концепции бережливого производства, а также определение её влияния на эффективность функционирования производственной системы. Научная новизна исследования заключается в развитии теоретических представлений о бережливом производстве как системе комплексной организационно-управленческой трансформации промышленного предприятия. В рамках исследования предложена авторская система, отражающая взаимосвязь факторов внешней и внутренней среды, принципов бережливого производства и результатов трансформации производственной системы предприятия. Определено, что особенности управления производственным процессом промышленного предприятия проявляются в необходимости учёта факторов внешней и внутренней среды, которые формируют необходимость повышения гибкости и адаптивности производственных процессов. Установлено, что внедрение концепции бережливого производства сопровождается трансформацией не отдельных производственных операций, а всей системы управления производственным процессом, включая организацию производственных потоков, координацию подразделений, распределение ресурсов и производственную культуру предприятия. Дополнительно выявлено, что экономический эффект функционирования производственной системы в процессе внедрения концепции бережливого производства достигается в среднесрочной и долгосрочной перспективе по мере адаптации организационной структуры, стабилизации производственных процессов и формирования культуры непрерывного совершенствования. Практическая значимость результатов исследования состоит в возможности использования предложенной модели управления при разработке программ организационной модернизации промышленных предприятий, направленных на повышение операционной эффективности, снижение производственных потерь, повышение устойчивости производственных процессов и совершенствование механизмов производственного управления в условиях цифровой трансформации промышленности.

FEATURES OF MANAGING THE PRODUCTION PROCESS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES BASED ON THE INTEGRATION OF THE CONCEPT OF LEAN PRODUCTION

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to study the features of industrial process management based on the integration of the lean production concept, as well as to determine its impact on the efficiency of the production system. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of theoretical ideas about lean manufacturing as a system of complex organizational and managerial transformation of an industrial enterprise. Within the framework of the research, the author’s system is proposed, reflecting the interrelation of factors of the external and internal environment, the principles of lean production and the results of the transformation of the production system of the enterprise. As a result of the conducted research, the peculiarities of the management of the production process of industrial enterprises based on the integration of the concept of lean production were revealed. It is determined that the features of the management of the production process of an industrial enterprise are manifested in the need to take into account the factors of the external and internal environment, which form the need to increase the flexibility and adaptability of production processes. It has been established that the introduction of the lean manufacturing concept is accompanied by a transformation not of individual production operations, but of the entire production process management system, including the organization of production flows, coordination of departments, resource allocation and the production culture of the enterprise. Additionally, it is revealed that the economic effect of the functioning of the production system in the process of implementing the lean manufacturing concept is achieved in the medium and long term as the organizational structure is adapted, production processes are stabilized and a culture of continuous improvement is formed. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of using the proposed management model in the development of organizational modernization programs for industrial enterprises aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing production losses, increasing the sustainability of production processes and improving production management mechanisms in the context of the digital transformation of industry.
